Been dealing with the bad back all week. Have not been on the treadmill since Tuesday, no way I could, and have lost very little this week. With the bad back, I did not feel like cooking Thursday, so we had pizza night. Yes, regular pizza from Pizza Hut, where else? At least I had veggie lover's and patted the top with a napkin. Makes me feel a LITTLE better anyway.
So, back in the saddle and on track today. Did not even track my points most of the week, and I KNOW that works for me, and I go way off track if I don't. So, right now, I'm sitting on 18 points left and a roast in the slow cooker. It is smellin' some kind of good right now. I am glad I shelled out the bucks for the scale as I would not have any idea how to count the points without it. I'm gonna go get on the treadmill, and hope to use at least three activity points, but know the going will be slow.
Still got some blackberries and 5 cal whipped topping, so that will make me happy later on today. Gonna load up on the water, too, which always helps. So, Vegas may have to wait awhile, with the slow loss this week, and freaking airfares are up again too. It's gonna kill me for my friends to be there and I'm not. And, oh yeah, they will call and rub it in!!
